Why do we wrap the baby sometimes?

First of all many parents love it and when you have this as part of the photoshoot it adds more different set ups to your photos as it is easier and faster to just change the top wrap and put the baby in different set ups. But the other and main reason for why we love to wrap babies in newborn photoshoots it is because the baby's love it. Specially when the baby's are unsettled and/or having a harder time to feel secure and fall asleep, wrapping is our magic way to help the baby feel protected, comfortable and warm enough to calm down and fall asleep within a short time. It simulates being tight and cozy in the womb, which is what newborn babies have been doing for the past 8/9 months so it feels very familiar to them and it works like magic.
